Ok, I went ahead and did this fix (viewtopic.php?f=2&t=16371), and it worked.

Apparently this is not fixed for 2.8.9, or I did not upgrade 2.8.8 correctly and the problem carried over.

I'm trying to upload a video and I'm encountering two related problems. The video is called AVG.mp4. It's 48.4 mb. First, when I try to upload a video, it says that no file is selected.
