In my site genexus.world/preguntas when creating a question and send it to you goes unanswered and does not save the question

please test in genexus.world/preguntas in add questions

i made more than 20 installations all with error

i install phpmyfaq after four hours send error 500 then send this error Not Found The requested URL /preguntas/showcat.html was not found on this server. my version is 2.9.8 you can test

genexus.world/preguntas

i installed phpmyfaq 10 times and after five o six hours send error 500
then the pages can not access the server send error 404

please help
