Upgrade from 2.8 to 2.9. Now blank page
I upgraded from 2.8 to 2.9.13 on Windows Server with IIS. Front end shows blank page. I am able to view back end admin page. If I add define('DEBUG', true); to the init.php page nothing happens. Looks like the code on index.php <head><style> html{display:none;} </style></head> Please advise. Thanks ...
