So, just to confirm .... it is *not* possible to add an image when using the 'Ask a Question' or 'Add Content' functions. Is that correct? Unless you have made major modifications to the phpmyfaq system, please attempt a clean install and see if this remedys your situation.

To fix the broken links go into your .htaccess file

Around the 15th line you will see
Most likely you will want to change your Rewrite base to

/faq/

Or whatever directory you have set your initial faq file to.
