[Fixed 2.7]: Remove unline in social icons
I just want to share a little fix for the 2.7 default template. In the 2.7 default templates there is a underline between the social icons (see attached jpg)
With the following additional line in the style.css you can remove it:

Re: Can't get to category updates - footer covering left nav
Thorsten as major developer is offline until the end of November. I think he needs to look into this. Please send him directly an email and attach your a backup of your database (or at least the faqcategories table) with a reference on this forum thread. For the meantime I suggest you following work...

Re: Header - Hintergrundgrafik

3.) Adapt the offset of the nav bar with the top parameter in the /css/style.css (approx. line 189) position: absolute; left: 0; top: 108px; width: 100%; background: url(../images/nav_background.png); } 4.) Adapt the offset of the main content with the margin-top parameter in the /css/sty...

Re: How to setup user who can only add and edit FAQs

Re: Attachement Size
Hi, there is a config option in the backend for this. I think the current default is 2MB. I tried to increase it to 10 MB, but it doesn't work in 2.6, so was looking for a workaround (direct SFTP upload) and this one was fine for me. Could you try, if it helps to increase this limit in 2.7.1? Then w...

Re: HELP!! IIS5 Rewrite Problem
Hi,
only 2.6.19 or 2.7.1 is supported.
I know in 2.7.1 there are some bugfixes for the rewrite.

Re: Returning search results for hyphenated words
Hi Alan, thanks. I've entered a entry in github for this. https://github.com/thorsten/phpMyFAQ/issues/338 Being slightly cheeky, one feature of the search results in V2.6 I did like was the highlighted search terms within the result set which doesn't happen (at least not for me) in 2.7. Any chance o...

Re: Returning search results for hyphenated words
Hmm, I am at the end of my knowledge... What I am writing applies to the "advanced search", I am not sure about the "Instant response" 1.) Browser: Using firefox is OK. The question was how the quotes are translated in the browser. But if the direct MySQL test has no results, thi...

Re: Returning search results for hyphenated words
Hi Alan, which browser are you using? When you look on the "HTML source code" in the browser (with right click), how does your search term looks like? Could you post this one? What are results searching in phpMyAdmin? SELECT faqdata.id AS id, faqdata.lang AS lang, faqdata.solution_id AS so...
