if i enable the debug mode in inc/Bootstrap.php, i can see the content and the page is viewed perfectly as it should but if i make it false, same old view of some characters.

i didn't quite understand by "the notification will be send before the open question is deleted".
Simple question is, will the user get a notification that his/her question is answered or received a comment? If yes, please let me know which file and the line number.

What i have done is, as soon as the admin answers a question. The question get deleted from open questions. In this case, how the user will receive a notification regarding his/her question is answered. Is there any way that all the email communications to admin, groups and users be in HTML instaed ...
