How is the answer system working or is it buggy?

Hi there,
First of all: I am testing with 2.8.0 RC4 and that is my first installment of phpMyFAQ.
I wondered how the ask feature works, because I asked some questions and tried to answer them in the administration, which created a new FAQ entry automatically, but did not set the question to "answered" or added the written text/new faq entry. (answering directly was not possible due to: https://github.com/thorsten/phpMyFAQ/issues/681)
Is that supposed to be like that?

Another thing that I think could be clearer is the difference between keywords and tags. I found it in the forums, but I guess that normal people would just be confused, because it seems to be the same and there is no additional info text. It would be great if you guys could add some notices.

Hi,

I'll answer in English to be more consistent.

The "ask feature" has different options what should happen if a question is answered. By default, if you answer an open question, nothing happens to the open question. You can enable 2 options:

- close question after answering
- delete question after answering

You can set this in the FAQ configuration.
