Where can I add more tags allowed in Editor?

I cannot use <marqee> tag in editor, it gets stripped out.
Can I add this and other tags somewhere so that they are allowed?

<marquee>? It's only supported in IE... you shouldn't use it.

Thank you for your opinion. There are other tags besides Marquee not allowed.
Could you please tell me where I can add more Tags to the "allowed" list - if there is one?

you can add the elements in admin/footer.php in line 118:

extended_valid_elements : "code",
