ImageManager permissions

Hi all,

I am having a small issue with my install of phpMyFaq 1.4.1. I don't seem to have permissions to create new folders, nor can I use the drop down browse bar to move quickly to folders. I have gotten around creating folders by just creating them manually through the shell and chown and chmod'ing them. Is this a bug that other people have observed, or just me?
