Issues with PDF export of FAQ article

So, having quite a few issues with PDF export looking odd and not the same as the FAQ article.

For example, the HTML code of an article is below;

<p><br />Hopefully the error will be replicated.</p>

The PDF export then looks like;

Line breaks seem to be duplicated and as such, line breaks can not be used in an actual article that is intended to be exported.
