Add link to actual FAQ when editing

How would I be able to get the direct link to an article while in edit mode? I want to place a Preview button below the save and reset buttons that allows the user to see the actual article in another tab or window? I know there is a preview option in the editor but it doesn't accurately reflect what the article looks like.
