Restricted categories vs. search / Export

Hi,
I've got two questions concerning the restriction of categories:

I created a categorie with restricted access for two Groups. user access is not restricted at all.

What happens? Users not being member of the mentioned groups cannot access the restricted FAQs (that's what I expected). But: when I login with a user being member of the group - I see the categories, but can not export them, doesn't show up in the drop down list and isn't exported when doing a whole export. Also when i search for a termin in these restricted group the category name doesn't show up.

Is that behaviour right? Version is 2.8.8.

there's a bug in 2.8.8, please upgrade to 2.8.9

Hi Thorsten,

I just updated to 2.8.9, but that didn't fix the two glitches. Is it possible that These are connected to SSO?
