Can't see category contents

Hi,
Not sure what's happened. I have been looking through the database and confirmed I have Q and A's in my categories. However I can see the categories in admin and customer side, but no contents, how do I make good please?

If I hover over the category, the same url/link comes up as the page I'm already on.
