'unusual download' when downloading with chrome

anyone else getting attached error message when trying to download the latest phpmyfaq? unfortunately it's in german but it says basically 'its an unusual download and could be malicious.'

just checked it and I don't get this message from Chrome. Could you please check the md5 sum?
