Help with the twitter app

Hi Guys,

Anyone able to help with the twitter app?

At the moment I have the site set to https://KB.Domain.co.uk/Knowledgebase
And the twitter app is posting the links as https://KB.Domain.co.uk/Knowledgebase/Knowledgebase which fails as its the directory

Any ideas?

Hi,

which version do you use?

The Twitter link functionality uses the URL you entered in the admin backend.

Hi Thorsten,

I have installed version 2.8.26 and under the "URL of your FAQ" its set to https://KB.Domain.co.uk/Knowledgebase

Hi,

please add a trailing slash after the folder.

HI Thorsten,

I have tried adding the slash but it now shows as https://KB.Domain.co.uk/knowledgebase//knowledgebase/
