upgrade 2.6.3 to 2.8.27, admin login loop

Hello,

The upgrade from 2.6.3 to 2.8.27 went smoothly. No errors.
The first issue was none of the FAQ entries showed up. I think changing language from American English to just English fixed that issue.

However, the main issue is that I can log into the admin interface but anything I click will jump back to the login screen. I've tried looking at debug mode but there is no error messages in the apache error log or in the web interface. All the SQL statements seem fine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Yes. It jumps right back to the login screen.

So you can login and get to the admin web interface. Anything you click in the admin web interface takes you back to the login screen.
