Hello everyone!
I am creating a website with PHPMyFaq as a base, which includes links to Moodle, HelpDeskz and the Blab Ax chat.
I need each user to log in to the PHPMyFaq login page and when entering any of the other sites they do not have to authenticate again and when they change the PHPMyFaq password it is changed on all platforms.
I understand that the easiest way would be to tell each application that the users are in the PHPMyFaq database, but I have no idea how to do that.
I tried using Moodle's External Database option, but it didn't work since Moodle uses MD5. I tried adding the PHPMyFaq salt to the Moodle settings but it didn't work either.
I really appreciate all the help you can give me.
Cheers!

Hi,
did you see the code snippet how phpMyFAQ calculates the salt or did you just add the internal salt to Moodle?
bye
