Step 5 of installation fails

I just tried to install phpMyFAQ 2.0 final and step 5 failed:

DB error: Table 'osr_phpmyfaq.faqfragen' doesn't exist

Query:
ALTER TABLE faqfragen RENAME TO faqquestions

I had a look at the DB structure, and indeed there's no faqfragen table but there's faqquestions. I'm upgrading from 1.6.x. The content is not displayed: http://osresources.com/

Any idea? TIA.

Hi,

the update routine in 2.0.0 has a bug, sorry for that. Please return to 1.6.12 and wait for the fixed version coming the next days.

i tried to update vom 1.6 but get the same error. Can you give me some hint, when the fixed update procedure ist available?
