Combining phpMyFaq and Word Press Search

Is it possible to setup both phpMyFaq and Word Press as elements of the same web site and have the content of both components searched in response to the input from a single "search box?"

In other words, I want to use Word Press as the general content / management system for a web site and use phpMyFaq for an extensive FAQ section of the site, but I'd like anyone searching for something on the site to be able to search everything on the site by using only one search input box. Since both Word Press and phpMyFaq have search interfaces, this makes sense logically, but I'm not sure how to do it in practice.

Any ideas?
