blacole exploit

Hello folks,

I was doing some maintenance on my server which hosts phpmyfaq version 2.7.1. I found some problem files that refer to an explot called JS/exploit-blacole.aq. Ihave deleted the files. Is there a patch for this exploit? Is it a problem with the version of phpmyfaq i am running?
