submit a question issue

I'm running 2.6.3


So, if someone submits the form totally blank, it will say they need to enter in their name, email, question, and captcha.

But if all they fill in is the question and captcha, it will still proceed, even without the name or email. Any way to force those as mandatory?

Has this bug been fixed since 2.6.3?
