Problem with RSS Feed links v2.6.7

I used version 2.6.7 , I found out that the links generated by the rss.php are not correct.

For example:
Link in the FAQ，is true link.

in feed rss link is error.

i search the forums, including the rss link the question, This article cannot cope with my question.

i updated to v.2.6.11 and had the same problem.
went partly back to 2.6.9 and problem is gone.
