Unable to use getFaqs()

Hi,

I can't seem to get the rest/json API feature called getFaqs(). Only having recently discovered this product, I have installed version 2.8.2 and all other featured APIs appears to be working. When trying this, I am only ever presented with "[ ]" in the top left corner of the screen. Any idea why this is not working?
