Can't see main page content and tags

Hi.
I just updated from 2.8.0 to 2.8.12, followed all steps in documentation, and now I can't find my Tags page, and the main page shows {mainPageContent} text.

how can i resolve this?

Now, i tried to downgrade to 2.8.0 again, followed the update procedure only i uploaded 2.8.0 files this time.
I got error:
DB error: 01000: [Microsoft][SQL Server Native Client 11.0][SQL Server]DBCC execution completed. If DBCC printed error messages, contact your system administrator.

DBCC DBREINDEX (faquser)

now my backend says i have 2.8.12 still.

Hi,

please turn on the DEBUG mode in inc/Bootstrap.php.

The update from 2.8.0 to 2.8.12 doesn't change anything in the database, only in PHP files.
