I have looked through the issues on Github hoping to find a solution to this. I don't imagine this is a real issue. I assume it has something to do with my setup. Maybe permissions but I can't find any log entry saying so and the debug set to true doesn't show me any issue.
The steps used to add an image are
Click "Insert/Edit Image" button
Select the "Upload" tab
Click "Browse for an image"
Select the image from the file browser and click Open
Click OK
The images show properly in the FAQ but when clicking "PDF Version" they do not appear in the PDF Produced. Any tips?

It looks like they are all png's.
Re: Images not included in "PDF Version"
I just used photoshop to create a GIF, JPG, PNG-8 and PNG-24. I added all of them to an FAQ and tried to export the PDF. None of the images show up on the PDF.

Checking in. I have temporarily hidden the PDF button using the template. But would like to turn this back on at some point.
