Quotes in Glossary entries break IE

Internet Explorer will not display an article correctly if a Glossary entry appears in the article title AND that Glossary entry contains double quote characters.

E.g.

Glossary Entry:
Foo = "Bar"

Article:
What is Foo?

In our system, we saw the style sheet elements not displayed correctly, and the title was cut off, or (depending on the number of quotes) merged with the article body content.

Note that using HTML entities doesn't help. For now, I guess we just can't put quotes in the Glossary (though I think single quotes will work).
