I've had to add:
else {
$lang = "";
}
to the index page, as it was listing an undefined variable.
is this normal?

thanks, all the rest seems to work great, always a permissions issue when i work with windows servers, but just takes a little fiddling and is a windows issue not your app.

by the way, in my most recent use of your FAQ, I deleted the search tab from the top nav to save space, since it will still be available in help. Do you have a problem with this type of alteration?
