We use 2.0.9 and have the issue that the public pages show the quote sign fine but in the admin panel under Edit FAQ it is shown as "e;
Opening the article shows the quotes correctly.
Same applies for other characters like ', #, etc.
This is a migrated 1.6 database directly to 2.0.9.
Any ideas?
