Articles should inherit permisions from parent folder

Hi all,

Here's the situation:

I've added two main categories with each two sub categories inside.
In each sub category I have added some articles.

I have created two users and gave them permission each to one of the main categories.

When user A logs in the main category for user B doesn't show up and vice versa.

The two blocks on the right side of the screen with 'recently added..' however, does show the articles for other users.

Do I have to set permissions for each main, and sub category including al the articles I add? Don't think that's efficient or am I missing something.

Please advice.

Hi,

FAQ entries "normally" use the permissions from it's parent categories, but it's possible to change that. I think you want a stricter mode, right?
