Ask a question screen enhancement

From the "Ask a question" page, if you submit a question, PMF first searches for matching content, and presents the user with the same screen (same URL), but with matching results at the top, and the same form and submit button at the bottom. But users often don't notice that some of the text on the page has changed. So, I have 2 suggestions from user feedback for this screen:

1. Would it be possible to add text to the top of the search explaining what has happened? e.g.
   "The following results closely matched your question:"
2. Could you change the text of the submit button to something like: "Continue submission"
   and/or put some text in the area above the submit button, like:
   "If none of the suggestions above match your question, click the button below to finish submitting your question."
