make URL under Title user-configurable

The top left corner contains the "Title of your FAQ". And the URL it points to is the home page of the FAQ.

In the left margin is a link labeled "FAQ home". It also is the URL to the home page of the FAQ.

This is redundant.

I give people direct links to my FAQ and they don't know how to get to my main site from the FAQ. I'd like to be able to configure the URL under the "Title of your FAQ".

you can change that already by changing the HTML code in the template index.tpl
