Remove optionally language support

For FAQs used in only one language, I think there's no need to include in the end of each entry "[en]", and to have the language drop-down menu in the left pane. I think it would come in handly to optionally disable language support and to select just one language in the Admin area for such sites that have only one language.

yes, not implemented yet. We even don't have an issue for that in our issue tracker at https://github.com/thorsten/phpMyFAQ/issues, so feel free to add one.
