Hi,
I use a commercial faq script and would consider switching to phpmyadmin, if only users are able to get instant response to their questions. My current script search the db and offers suggestions below the form, while the question is being typed. Then after submit it offers a review page with possible answers and users must click the submit button here to finally submit the question. This feature cuts down the amount of email we get by a factor of 4.
Thanks
Instant Response

Hi,
I think this is something for version 2.1 because a lot of people asked for that. It's also not a very big effort to implement this.
