PDF Export Failed

I have two installations one with more FAQ works fine when i export the FAQ in PDF from admin console. But the other one does not give me anything just a PDF with Table of content which is empty. I am using phpMyFAQ 2.7.7 on centos 6.3. Apache Permissions are there to the root folder.
