Digg, Facebook, PDF and Email Links show as %7Blink_pdf%7D

Hi,

After upgrading from 2.6.7 to 2.7.6 I notice that my Digg, Facebook, PDF export and email links show as '%7Blink_pdf%7D' and subsequently fail on clicking.

I thought this due to the mod_rewrite not being in effect but it seems to be working.

Any idea/suggestions?

Thanks

So when upgrading I should have kept the template files supplied within the 2.7.6 package?

So Thorsten, I looked at the upgrade again.

The instructions are misleading if not incorrect;

Upgrading from 2.6.x to 2.7.x is fairly simple. Via FTP copy all new files from the phpMyFAQ package except:

all files in the directory config/
all files in the directory template/
the directory attachments/
the directory images/

I've now moved the contents of template/ and images/ and things now seem to be working!

Hi,

there's a note about the changes in the templates: http://phpmyfaq.de/documentation.2.7.en.php#3c

Do you mean "You have to update a lot of your template files due to our markup change from XHTML 1.0 to HTML5."?

Would be helpful if it said which template files needed to be upgraded. I assumed at this point that it would be handled automatically :)

Hi,

patches for our documentation are always welcome :-)

I'm not very good in describing such things...
