all the requirements are met.
When I try to install phpmyfaq 2.9.13 through this url: localhost/faq/setup/index.php

the root of the folder is phpmyfaq:

I also try localhost/phpmyfaq/setup/index.php

I'm receiving a "403 Forbidden" page

You don't have permission to access /faq/setup/index.php on this server

Hi,

the web server sends a 403 if a HTTP auth login failed. But there's no HTTP login in phpMyFAQ. Looks like your web server configuration is wrong.
