Theme Amelia e Spacelab not working

i cant use amelia e space lab on phpbyfaq 3.0.4?

when i set themes give me error not found /templates/index.html

this themes have index.tpl

can u help me?

i need to change colors background of navbar e textcolor of navbar
in style.css
