My simple template shared for you

I recently installed phpMyFAQ and had a hard time finding a suitable template that was very simple for my needs. I spent some time creating this one and wanted to share it with anyone else who might need something like this.

Attached to this post is the zip file that contains all the files I modified as well as a few screen shots.
