help! attachment.php

Apache 2.2.4
PHP 5.2.1
PMF 1.6.10
Logged in as Admin
PHP.INI has max_upload and max_post = 20M, Upload = on

I am getting the following error when attempting to attach a file to an article: "The file attachment.php cannot be opened without proper authentification." This message is displayed in the pop up attachment window when the attachment link is clicked, and again after I click "OK" to attach. Everyone has full access to the attachment folder.

Any ideas?

this is a bug in phpMyFAQ 1.6.10. 1.6.11 will fix it.
