no content after upgrading from 1.6.6 to 2.0.0

does anyone out there have any idea on how to get my content back once i've upgraded to 2.0.0?

content still resides in my database, it's just not appearing on the faq.

i also have two other problems but they can be addressed once the content is restored.

1. cannot log in as admin
2. the html category files were missing and when we attempted to create a new category on v1.6.6, the html file did not get created in the /faq/ directory but the category item did show up in the table on the left of the site.
