Tags in Different Languages

Hi,

When you have questions in different languages, is the idea to show all tags in all languages, no matter what language is selected?

If this not being the case, is it planned to go into one of the future releases?

Hi,

currently all tags from all languages are used. The selected language won't get used for tags. Maybe we'll change this in a future version.

I would like that very much as well

The only solution I have right now is to enter my tags in both languages (ex.: Frenchtag / Englishtag). But then, in the tags cloud, everybody will see the tags in both languages. And if I want to add more languages, it gets more complicated...

May I suggest to have a centralized place for tags management? Where we could list all the tags, translate the tags, and also if we do modify a tag from this list, it would update this tag in every faq that is using it... (I guess you already had this in mind...)

Finaly, thanks for this great faq system!

+ the ability to translate the tags so that only the tags in a specific language will show up if someone view the faqs in that language.

Do you think that this list could allow reverse modification as well? I mean that if I update a tag from the list, all the faqs containing this tag will get updated with the modified tag?

Instead of making a new topic, I decided to dig this one up.

I'm having the same problem as described here on 2.8.2. Tags in all languages are seen at the same time. I would love a way to separate the tags based on the language selected at the bottom right.
