FAQ authoring user/group link limitation, PMF 2.6.5

Per the database tables' setup, and I believe by design, a FAQ can be associated with many users/group as far as rights to see the FAQ are concerned. Currently I believe the UI only permits associating a FAQ with one user/group at a time (or letting anonymous have access to it). Making the user/group drop-downs into list boxes instead would probably resolve this assuming the backend handles multiple values properly.
