well I wonder if we could have this as a general feature within phpMyFAQ. I am aware you could most likely achieve this by editing the templates and hacking a bit into the code,
but that is always a bit painfully since once you update, the changes need to be done again
flattr support is just 2 lines of JavaScript in a template file which won't be overwritten if you use a personal theme name for your template instead of "default".
