new faqs not active

Hi;
Recently i have changed my hosting, and i used faq 2.6.8. Problem is that new faqs are marked active but not pulished. The old one are ok. I have updated phpmyfaqu to new beta version 2.7.0-beta but got the same error. On changelog i red that this error was fixed. Can anybody help? Where to find cause of this error?

If have the same problem on my server.
I upgraded to 2.6.15 and i can edit, remove faqs but when i create a new faq it won't set active.
In the config is "activate new records" on (as it always was)
I see one problem: i am working in Dutch and the text at the active (actief) button shows only No (nee)
Al my older records are showing the same but are active.
An upgrade to 2.6.17 didn't help.
I am running this Faq for Years now without problems, but now i can't create new records.

I have another Faq still running 2.0.7 without problems.
Record administration is showing Yes and NO for activation and also for revision Yes and No
