A few bugs in 1.7.3?

I'm not sure if some bugs are fixed in 1.7.4 but because I did some customization, I skipe this version if possible. I found 3 bugs I can't find the reason for:

1. Categories aren't displayed below the FAQ articles. I use PHP 5.2.x, is it possible there is a bug like in comments?

2. When I edit a news enty and save it again, it changes the creation date to the actual date. The order is then incorrect.

3. When I want to activate a news entry I'm forced to to enter the "to"-expiration date like "9999-12-31". Otherwise content isn't shown.

If a bug is unknown and I should submit it to the bug tracker, please let me know.
