HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.

I run a IIS and a MySQL on Win7. phpMyFAQ was running I opened it once and closed it again.

one day later I got this error when I tried to open localhost: HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.

cant be very difficult, but I dont have a clue how to fix it. any ideas?
