Hi, I updated the code from 4.0.6 to 4.0.14. Trying to update the database by running https://mysite.com/faq/update does not work probably because I am also using oauth2-proxy and it's not being allowed. The only thing I see different is the version number on the front end pages still shows 4.0.6. In the admin configuration pages it shows the correct 4.0.14 version.
My question: is there anything else the database update does other than update the version number displayed in the footer on the front pages?
I just want to make sure I am OK to leave pypMyFAQ in its current state, version 4.0.14 files, with the previous version number not yet updated for now until I can figure out how to allow faq/update in my Nginx config with oauth2-proxy in the mix.

Re: Update Database Version Number
Hi,
you can enable the online update in the admin section as well.
Otherwise the update should be okay.
bye

Re: Update Database Version Number
Thank you for the quick reply. The online update from the admin only gets the beta version instead of 4.0.14 when I click "Check for Updates now" and "Download now" does not work. I forgot the message it gave me. Sorry for that. It's probably because of my Nginx config with oauth2-proxy. I'll figure that one out and try it again.
