Error message when trying to install phpMyFAQ

What is the problem?Warning: mkdir(../attachments): Permission denied in /home/httpd/vhosts/paffenzakelijk.nl/httpdocs/faq/install/installer.php on line 91
The directory ../attachments could not be created.
