An error ocurred

Hi,

Just installed phpMyFAQ 1.6.8 which went ok. Whenever I try to add or preview a record using the administration panel I get the message

An error ocurred

And the record is not added.

Setup:

phpMyFAQ Version
phpMyFAQ 1.6.8
Server Software
Apache/2.0.52 (BlueQuartz)
PHP Version
PHP 4.3.9 ...

When I look at it further, all the articles have {writeArticleCategoryHeader} displayed on the screen.

Can't add records since upgrade

I upgraded to 1.6.1 but when I go to look at the new entry I created it displays this

{writeArticleCategoryHeader}

instead of the article. Any ideas?

Search doesn't work after upgrade

Since I upgraded to 1.6.1 both search and advanced search have stopped working. When I do a search from the main page it goes to advanced search and when I search from there it returns to the advanced search page with no results.

The Firefox plugin returns proper search results.

Any ideas?

I'm being repeatedly spammed despite removing links to the ask questions part. Banning IP's doesn't work. How can I stop this from happening?
