I have the same problem. The editor isn´t there.
FF -> V1.51
phpMyFAQ -> V1.56 fresh installation out of the box.
Error Java-Script-Konsole:
Fehler: Unbekannte Eigenschaft 'filter'. Deklaration ignoriert.
